Saakes, i. p. 24 ; S. S. Flower, P. Z. S. 1899, p. 653. Several specimens, agreeing closely with the example described by Boulenger in the ' Catalogue,' from Jalor and Kuala Aring. In none of these, however, does the rostral shield extend to the level of the eye. In this respect it agrees with T. muelleri Schleg. from Sumatra, but differs from this latter in having the breadth ot" the rostral shield as in T. nigroalhus.
