Weld Tweiit3^-tlu-ee new species of cynipids are described herein; two are inquilines, while the others are gall makers. Twenty-one of these new species are from the United States, but two of the gall makers are from Mexico. Types of the 23 new species are deposited in the U. S. National Museum.
