Wings entirely unspotted, not even darkened on the cross-veins ; diseal cell open, eoalescent with second posterior ceil ; great cross-vein slightly beyond base of second posterior cell ; second vein somewhat straightcr and shorter than in C. curni(/entin. Length of body oo mm. ; rostrum 5 ; wing 4*5. The open diseal cell and hyaline wings of this species render it very distinct. Summary.
